Co-Op is a design driven production studio founded in 2003. We produce show packages, rebrands, total channel design, TV spots and more, for a variety of broadcasters and commercial clients such as MTV, LogoTV and Conde Nast.
We are Assaf Cohen, Roy Oppenheim and Johanna Asseraf.
Assaf Cohen is an accomplished graphic and broadcast designer with over 15 years of experience. Assaf has worked for every prominent tv channel in Israel before moving to work as a senior designer at MTV On-Air in NYC, where he did art direction and production for 4 years.
Assaf is the head of the broadcast design program at HIT - Holon Institute of Technology where he has been teaching since 2006.
Johanna is a young and prominent graphic designer. Started working at Co-Op after graduating with honors from HIT's Visual Communications BA program, specializing in broadcast design. She also spent a semester at ECAL (Lausanne). Likes making GIFs and zines and tinkering with tumblr code. Web-addict and autodidact.
Roy Oppenheim is a graphic and motion designer with an experience of more than 17 years. Roy started his career as a UI designer and then as design art director for many Israeli top studios. In 1999 Roy moved to NYC in pursuit of bigger challenges. He worked as a freelance art director for many high profile projects. By 2000 he settled at EyeballNYC as a senior art director where he was in-charge of many award winning projects.
